He’s the boss, the brand, the bloke who presses record and means it with his whole chest.
Abbigale

Abbie is the calm centre of Level 35 Studio, bringing structure to the chaos with the quiet authority of someone who actually knows how things are meant to work. She watches, listens, and then fixes problems so cleanly it’s almost suspicious.
French by nature and precise by instinct, she cuts through overcomplication like it personally offended her. Processes behave better when she’s in the room. Standards rise. Loose ends stop getting ignored.
She is also married to Chris, who is very much a you take him as he comes situation — proof that Abbie possesses both patience and an alarming tolerance for creative nonsense.
She doesn’t shout. She doesn’t flap. She just makes the whole studio run better.
Clara

Clara is the strategic backbone of the studio, armed with contingency plans, backup contingency plans, and a glare powerful enough to silence a malfunctioning printer. She keeps projects moving, people organised, and Chris mildly stressed in all the right ways.
Frankly, she’s the organiser, the fixer, the spreadsheet whisperer, and the reason anything gets finished before the heat death of the universe.
Alfie
Audio Engineer | Human Soundboard | Guardian of the Sacred Headphones
Alfie is the studio’s technical wizard, known for hearing a rogue hum long before anyone else realises electricity exists. He mixes, he masters, he mutters violently at waveforms, and he can fix anything as long as swearing is permissible.
Without Alfie, everything would sound like a voicemail recorded in a biscuit tin.
Sophie
Podcast Host | Idea Machine | Eyebrow of Judgement
Sophie powers the studio’s most ambitious ideas, never once allowing reality to ruin her aesthetic. She storyboards storms, redesigns rails, and rolls her eyes in perfect sync with the universe.
If Level 35 Studio ever looks like it knows what it’s doing, Sophie is responsible.
Emma
Narrative Surgeon | Tea-Fuelled Perfectionist
Emma slices through scripts with surgical precision, removes plot holes like tumours, and enforces linguistic discipline with the holy trinity: tone, structure, Oxford comma. She rewrites while eating, edits while sighing, and balances the moral burden of knowing she is always right.
She’s the storytelling spine of the studio, and the kettle fears her.
James
Logistics Overlord | Adapter Retrieval Specialist
James runs Level 35 Studio like a mildly coherent circus. He schedules, orders, organises, and arranges everything with the energy of a man bartering for survival in a medieval bazaar. His colour-coded systems frighten most of the staff, and rightfully so.
If something needs doing, James already did it yesterday.
Marcus
Chaos Narrator | Perpetual Editor
Marcus crafts every script, quip, and narrative thread with the quiet intensity of a man who has rewritten the same sentence seventeen times. He gives story shape, gives characters voice, and gives Chris notes he pretends not to take personally.
He lives in the eternal state of “just one more edit,” and we respect his delusion.
Fin
Button-Pusher | Caffeine-Based Lifeform
Fin is the multi-tool of the studio, cheerfully doing a bit of everything and occasionally plugging the wrong cable into the right port. He’s enthusiastic, optimistic, deeply caffeinated, and learning faster than anyone expected.
He’s two coffees away from greatness, one cable away from disaster, and absolutely essential either way.
